We always say, “I go to church.” But that is actually not possible, because everywhere we go, we bring the church with us. We are the church! So the church is not something outside yourself, outside your own life. That is why the Bible speaks about the ‘Body of Christ’. You’re in or out.

Ever seen an ear that returns to its body after a walk outside or a foot that has been away for a while and suddenly rejoins its body? Oh no?

God the Father intended that we would always represent His church wherever we are. This is quite difficult to understand and put into practice if you have been taught for years that you go to church instead of being church.
